This training is well suited for conservation professionals of all levels, such as conservation district staff, university extension staff, non-profit staff, or individual agricultural service providers.

What is a CEMA 216? This academy provides only training: participants must meet the Qualified Individual requirements described in the NRCS CEMA 216 document to formally conduct the work for a farmer.
Traveling from out of state?
By Train: Consider taking the Amtrak "Vermonter" to Randolph, VT. We will coordinate riders to/from the station!
By Bus: Destination can be White River Junction or Randolph, VT. We will coordinate riders to/from the station!
By Plane: Boston Logan, Burlington, Albany or Lebanon are the closest airports. We can assist with getting you to Randolph from the airport if needed.
By Car: Head to Vermont State University Randolph Campus, 124 Admin Dr, Randolph Center, VT 05061
Need an extra night? VTSU is able to accommodate additional nights stay on either end of the training for those traveling from far away, for a small additional fee. Reach out to Taylor.Paone@vermontstate.edu to request an additional night.
